What we're looking for

We are rolling out a new version of Office to 2000+ staff and anticipate an increased level of support requests. We need to increase the number of people on our Service Desk who can answer basic queries to ensure we maintain high levels of service. We also want to improve the way we offer our service, you will help us by working with the existing team to manage calls and also contribute to other changes within the RSPB that help us maintain our high levels of service in the future.

The skills you need

Good verbal and written communication skills. Good customer service skills Ability to problem solve Good understanding of Microsoft Office, ideally Office 2016 Ideally, a background in IT and/or customer support

Your time

2 days per week but can be flexible
Initially to end of October
As soon as possible
