What we're looking for

We are looking for someone to help us recruit and manage a team of highly motivated volunteers to assist us with our work. You will help us ensure all volunteers have a rewarding and enjoyable time whilst volunteering with the RSPB. The role will also involve collating information on volunteers and volunteering opportunities and disseminating this information to staff.

The skills you need

An outgoing personality, good organisational and communication skills, an ability to lead/inspire others and work as part of a team. Tact and diplomacy are also an advantage. An enthusiasm for, and knowledge of, birds and other wildlife is beneficial but not essential. Computer/database/website skills an advantage.
