What we're looking for

We are looking for a volunteer to take on an acting role in short RSPB videos illustrating good and bad practice when having conversations about under-performance/difficult subjects Many of our colleagues find it a challenge (we're nice people) when having to have conversations about under-performance and/or difficult behaviour. We want to produce a range of short films to illustrate the good, and the not so good, ways of approaching these conversations. We aim to show a range of common scenarios and some of the situations colleagues may have to deal with and the ways that will help with those situations.

The skills you need

Able to display a range of emotions and be believable in a variety of scenarios whilst being filmed. Be able to react and ad-lib when necessary.
