What we're looking for

We would like volunteers who can conduct MBTI best fit – feedback sessions. These sessions are arranged on demand and can be carried out face to face, on the phone or by skype, depending on your preference and location. RSPB is using MBTI as our preferred personality questionnaire so you will be able to contribute towards embedding the use of the tool within the organisation.

The skills you need

MBTI qualification – preferably OPP Great communication skills and able to connect with people. Good administrative skills and basic computer literacy.

Your expenses will be reimbursed. This role can be done in various locations; this can include working from home (on the phone or using Skype) or using the RSPB offices across the country.
