What we're looking for

We are working with Barratt to try and create a new benchmark in wildlife friendly developments at Kingsbrook, and we urgently need to monitor which birds are using the newly-built areas of the site. We can then use this data to tell the story of Kingsbrook, to see if the wildlife-friendly measures are working, and to help advocate the approach across Barratt and the rest of the building industry.

The skills you need

Bird ID skills Map reading skills Diplomacy - you will be surveying in and around a new housing development To be willing to get up early! You'll probably need to live within easy reach of Kingsbrook/Aylesbury Binoculars and outdoor clothing

Your time

Minimum:
One early morning visit for each half month April-mid July, ie 7 visits in total, and about 4 hours per survey. (Or half that if in a role-share).
