Working closely with the Community Fundraiser in Glasgow, you will be creating new templates based on local wildlife for use at many events. You will be passionate about using your creative skills to raise vital funds for conservation and about enthusing the public about nature through design. Within this fun filled role you will be working as part of The Public Affairs and Fundraising Team helping us to convey RSPB Scotland's message to a wide audience, particularly families and children.

The skills you need

You will be creative, with some experience in design programs such as InDesign and Illustrator. You will have an eye for detail, and a flair for communicating messages in unique ways and you'll be looking for an exciting project to take on. An interest in conservation issues would be useful but not essential.

Notes

We are taking part in lots of events during 2018 where face painting will be an important Fundraising activity, including the Royal Highland Show, The Garden Festival and The Big Picnic. Appropriate training will be provided and expenses will be reimbursed where necessary. The RSPB speaks out for birds and wildlife, tackling the problems that threaten our environment. We rely upon memberships and donations to fund our work. By volunteering your time and skills, you could make a real difference to the work of the RSPB. Nature is amazing - help us keep it that way.
