The Supporter Services department of the RSPB is a front line customer service team and we aim to provide a prompt and knowledgeable answer to these queries. Our aim is to engage people in regards to Wildlife and this role would be key to us fulfilling this objective, by reaching as many people as we can and connecting them to nature.
