What we're looking for

Our offices are the hubs of our work and with ever increasing office tasks, it's imperative that we are able to maintain what we do. We need someone to help keep the office running efficiently so we can support our reserves! This role covers a whole range of tasks to keep the office in peak condition, including: • Testing the fire alarms • Ensuring fire exits are clear, and the fire extinguishers are in date and untampered • Taking meter readings • Checking heating gas supplies • Light cleaning duties may also be required • Reporting back to the Administrator to order supplies or get things fixed

The skills you need

You will need good administrative skills and good communication skill, as well as be computer literate and a confident user of Excel. An interest in nature and the environment is desirable, but not essential.

Minimum:
Flexible - Between 1 day a week and 1 day a month
