What we're looking for

The RSPB Community Fundraising operation raised £1.3 million for nature in 2017/18 and this year we have aspirations of raising £1.5 million – would you like to help us achieve this? We are looking for a volunteer with excellent communication skills who is comfortable chatting on the phone or responding to written enquiries from members of the public. It is this volunteer who will ensure that members of the public feel supported with their plans to fundraise for the RSPB or keeps our pin badge collectors happy by directing them to eBay to find that special pin badge. As a Community Fundraising Assistant you will work alongside a small and friendly HQ team to: - Respond to enquiries from members of the public - Compile regular reports to share with the national team - Maintain and grow the eBay pin badge offer - Maintain and grow support for the RSPB

The skills you need

- A warm and friendly personality - The confidence to respond directly to members of the public - Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets - Familiar with eBay You do not need conservation knowledge

15 hours a week split regularly across 2 or more days
