What we're looking for

We are looking for someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and get stuck in with the practical side of preparing the meat fed to the kites at Tollie. Oh, by the way, gloves are provided.

The skills you need

Confident using and maintaining knives, a strong constitution as you are preparing and weighing offal and other meat products. Also, you will be working in an abattoir, though it is not operating when you are there. Physically fit, this role does involve lifting and moving bags and bins of meat. You will also need to be able to drive.

Your time

Minimum:
Two consecutive afternoons a month.
Duration:
Ongoing
Period:
All year round

What's in it for you?

This is a great way to support an amazing team of volunteers who operate at Tollie Red Kites.
