Invertebrate Surveyor

We are seeking volunteers for the Rare Invertebrates in the Cairngorms Project. Volunteers will be trained to find six rare insects and will then look for them throughouthrought the park.

What we're looking for

To learn about the distribution of six rare insects in the Cairngorms National Park in order to better understand the species and enable us to better conserve them by working with land owners and managers who have rare species on site.

The skills you need

A keen interest in nature and the outdoors and good communication skills.

Your time

1 day a year to longer periods
Appropriate to taxa
