What we're looking for

The IFT team currently manage many site moves and various new site commissions over the course of a year. We are looking for an Administrator who can be the first point of contact for the business when these tasks are required by the business. You will co-ordinate all of the tasks needed to see the job through to the end. IFT engineers will be lead by you and your requirements will feed on to the teams back log of work. The management of existing connections will also be your remit. From upgrade arrangements when needed to cancelling redundant lines. You will also become the main contact for our mobile phone fleet and manage the purchase, amendment of accounts and billing where appropriate.

The skills you need

You will need to have good written and oral communication skills. The ability to use a computer with Windows 10 Operating system and knowledge of Word and Excel is required. Great co-ordination skills are a must, along with good attention to detail. The ability to work under pressure to deadlines is required. You must be able to work well with colleagues but equally be confident and able to work on your own. Procurement or purchasing experience would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be given.
