Good administrative skills and basic computer literacy, including Outlook and Internet explorer. Good communication skills including good customer service skills, mainly via email. What's in it for you?

The opportunity to be a part of one of the RSPB's channels for engaging children and young people with nature, fostering a love for nature for the future.
