What we're looking for

Are you good with a hammer and nails? Know your ball pein from your curved claw? Handy with a router and a circular saw? Then we need you! RSPB Dee estuary needs assistance with everything from infrastructure maintenance and repair, to putting up shelving and noticeboards and maintaining our tools and equipment. We'd also be keen to hear from you if you have electrical, plumbing, engineering, building or carpentry skills.

The skills you need

General handyperson/DIY skills. certificates for tool use (desirable but not essential) including electrical/plumbing/building qualifications if appropriate. Able to volunteer during office hours. You will need an up-to-date tetanus injection and to enjoy working in a team. Driving licence helpful.
