What we're looking for

To assist the Data Protection Officer in administrative tasks, mainly: Moving existing documents from network drives to SharePoint Online Adding new documents to SharePoint Online Updating and maintaining several registers with new and existing documents Liaising with the relevant RSPB staff to ensure completeness of registers Identification of existing documents for review and updating Liaising with relevant RSPB staff to ensure documents are reviewed and updated as necessary Working with the DPO to create content for training guides (Bitesize Guides) and passing to Learning and Development for the creation of eLearning modules

The skills you need

An understanding of SharePoint, Information Management, Data Protection and Microsoft Office. Good attention to detail Good communication skills and someone who can confidently engage with RSPB staff
