What we're looking for

Are you organised, methodical and experienced in using Microsoft Office? If so, we want you to assist our small, friendly team, who are part of the Human Resources department. The role will mainly involve the checking of police checks on all volunteers and employees as well as maintain the process for the Update Service for existing volunteers and employees. This is an important role as these checks allows us to ensure our volunteers and employees have everything in place for their new role.

The skills you need

Computer literacy with experience of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook. Attention to detail. A flair for systems and organisation. Good communication skills both written and on the telephone/Teams with people at all levels of the organisation. Previous administration experience would be useful, but not essential.
