RSPB hot drink loyalty card terms and conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") are between you and RSPB Sales Limited, a limited company incorporated in accordance with the laws of England and Wales with company number 02693778, a wholly owned trading subsidiary of the RSPB, whose registered office is at The Lodge, Sandy, Bedfordshire, SG19 2DL ("RSPB", "we" or "us") and apply to your RSPB Coffee Stamp Loyalty Card. Use by you of your RSPB Coffee Stamp Loyalty Card will constitute confirmation that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You must therefore read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

Your hot drink purchases enable you to earn stamps on your RSPB Coffee Stamp Loyalty Card. Once you have earned nine stamps, you will receive a free hot drink which can be redeemed at participating RSPB reserves as follows:

1. Buy any hot drink to receive one stamp. Collect all 9 stamps to get your 10th hot drink free.
2. Your RSPB Coffee Stamp Loyalty Card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive a stamp and when redeeming your free drink (subject to availability).
3. Stamps are personal to you and must be collected on a single RSPB Coffee Stamp Card.
4. Stamps cannot be combined with stamps earned on another RSPB Coffee Stamp Card and redeemed together.
5. No cards which appear to be photocopies, counterfeits, stolen, or damaged will be accepted.
6. If your loyalty card is damaged or stolen, we may, at our sole discretion, replace your card and/or transfer any existing stamps to a replacement card.
7. The loyalty card cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
8. The loyalty card can only be used at participating RSPB reserves. Not all RSPB reserves may be participating in the offer, please check before ordering.
9. A complete RSPB Coffee Stamp Card cannot be used more than once and will be retained by the participating RSPB reserve on redeeming your free drink.
10. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated on that offer or at our discretion.
11. The RSPB reserve the right to discontinue the loyalty card without notice at any time.
12. We reserve the right not to accept your card if the terms and conditions have been breached.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This means that any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (including non-contractual disputes or claims), will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
