How to add RSPB reserves to your Google Earth software
Google Earth is a free piece of software that gives you a whole new perspective on our planet.
It allows you to search for and fly to any location on the globe, with satellite photos, 3D terrain and even 3D buildings.
Step-by-step guide
- Open Google Earth
- Go to the Add menu and choose Add Network Link
- Paste the following address into the Network Link box
https://www.rspb.org.uk/kml/reserves.kml - Click OK.
- Go to the Places section in the panes on the left hand side. There should be an RSPB reserves section that you can expand. Double-click on any reserve name to fly there.
