Lochwinnoch is one of the best places for wildlife in the UK.
The main trail on the reserve, the Aird Meadow trail, is getting a much needed up-grade, courtesy of a couple of joint funders. The upgrade is part of the Semple Trail Heritage Project.
The work has begun and may last as long as six weeks. We hope to keep at least a section of the path open at all times.
