What we're looking for

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us manage our Weymouth reserves You will be doing a range of practical work to manage the reserve for wildlife, which includes clearing scrub, reed cutting, keeping the paths clear, maintaining the gates and fences and any other jobs that will make the reserve better for both the wildlife and our visitors

The skills you need

You need to be prepared to work outside in all weather, have a reasonable level of fitness and work well in a team. Experience of building maintenance, carpentry or habitat management would all be useful but are not essential, because we'll train you in the skills you'll need.

Your time

Minimum:
Flexible - but 1 day per week desirable either Mondays or Thursdays
