What we're looking for

We need volunteers who are keen to join our small reserve team with a real enthusiasm for making a positive change in the English uplands. Work may involve repair and maintenance of fences and farm buildings, helping in our tree nursery, and you'll regularly find yourself surrounded by dramatic, breathtaking scenery

The skills you need

Enthusiasm, ability to work as part of a team, interest in conservation, the ability to work outdoors in all weathers and be at least 18 years old. It would be advantageous to have your own transport.

What's in it for you?

During your stay, you will become a member of the reserve management team with free accommodation. You will contribute to practical conservation and learn about running and managing a nature reserve.
