What we're looking for

Across the RSPB, we want to know the quality of experience that our visitors receive. At The Lodge, this research is essential as it helps us to provide visitors with a really high quality experience when they visit the reserve.

The skills you need

We require someone to approach visitors and invite them to fill in a brief questionnaire about The Lodge nature reserve. You would need to be comfortable talking to our visitors, be polite and tactful, and interested in other people's opinions. We are looking for someone who lives locally, is flexible and can react to weather conditions in order to cover busy times.

Your time

Flexible in order to cover a mixture of weekdays and weekends including bank holidays.
Duration:
Ongoing

All year round

What's in it for you?

The satisfaction of contributing to a survey that will tell us how visitors use the reserve, and helping to build an honest picture of what our visitors need in the future. You will meet a range of interesting people, and discover a great deal about the RSPB and how our members see us.
