What we're looking for

To keep track of all the information we need to support sites and individuals, we process large amounts of important data, which must be collected, organised and analysed. This process helps us to improve the service we offer. We need an admin assistant who can enter information onto databases, create reports, and help with mail outs.

The skills you need

You will need good administrative skills and computer literacy, including being comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and database systems. Relevant training in specific skills will be available. Good organisational skills will be a benefit.

Your time

half day per week
All year round

What's in it for you?

This is a great opportunity to support the work of the RSPB. Education, Families & Youth work is integral to the future of the RSPB, and of successful, sustainable conservation. You will be supporting improvements in our work, whilst gaining experience working as an individual and part of a team in an office environment. There will be opportunities to work on other projects as they arise. The RSPB is an active and exciting conservation charity, the largest in Europe! We can help you gain skills and give you a valuable insight into our work.
