What we're looking for

We are looking for friendly, approachable people to be out on the nature trails or in the hides at Arne, enthusing visitors about nature, pointing out amazing wildlife and being a great ambassador for the RSPB. You will also have the chance to get involved with notable seasonal events such as a Pull a Pine and the Spring Fayre.

The skills you need

If you like being outside, love nature and enjoy chatting to people, then this role is for you! You don't need to be a wildlife expert, but there will be plenty of opportunities to become one.
