What we're looking for

To help welcome visitors to RSPB Lochwinnoch nature reserve and to assist in making their visit an enjoyable and educational one. To encourage an interest in wildlife and the work of the RSPB.

The skills you need

To be good with people, have a friendly disposition, tact and diplomacy. Some knowledge about wildlife is an advantage, but it is more important to have an enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

What's in it for you?

It is an ideal opportunity to increase your own knowledge of wildlife by speaking with visitors and working alongside other staff and volunteers. You will also have access to a variety of information sources which can assist your learning. You will also gain an insight into the work of the largest conservation society in Europe! Training in customer care and membership recruitment will be provided amongst other training courses which are run at the reserve.
