Lincolnshire Wash Reserves

What we're looking for

We require volunteer help in the areas of habitat management and reserve maintenance. This may include habitat management, vegetation clearance and path maintenance. There may also be the opportunity to participate in our innovative research and survey work.

The skills you need

Enthusiasm and a reasonable level of fitness are essential. Some practical skills and an interest in nature conservation would be desirable. Tetanus vaccination must also be up to date. Must be available during the week, as no practical work is undertaken at weekends.

Your time

Flexible - but 1 day per week desirable
All year round

What's in it for you?

To work as part of the reserve team and learn more about the reserve. The opportunity to gain new skills and develop existing ones. This is an excellent chance for someone with a spare day in the week to make a genuine contribution to wildlife conservation and gain an insight into the workings of Europe's largest conservation charity.
