What we're looking for

We need an enthusiastic self starter with a passion for people to help us raise vital income from the community that will help us create better homes for nature in Northern Ireland.

The skills you need

A can-do attitude and enthusiastic approach is a must. Excellent communication skills are vital and you must be able to keep smiling in the face of potentially difficult situations. As an RSPB ambassador you will embody the RSPB and will adhere to our brand guidelines. We are looking for people with a genuine interest in others and supportive nature who can lead a collection team successfully so the income we need to do our work is delivered.

Your time

What's in it for you?

The chance to be part of a friendly, successful team working to deliver important fundraising targets to enhance RSPBs work in Northern Ireland. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in managing your own team of volunteers on collection days and will be an ambassador for the RSPB in your community. You will be supported by colleagues in the volunteering department and you will be line managed by the Community Team Manager. You will gain an insight into working in Europe's largest conservation charity. Volunteer travel expenses will be reimbursed.
