What we're looking for

With over 100,000 visitors a year, Leighton Moss is a very busy site. We aim to deliver first class customer care at all times, as well as providing an outstanding home for wildlife. There's so much to discover at Leighton Moss. We are looking for enthusiastic, out going individuals who can engage with our visitors while they are out and about on the reserve, in order to enhance their visit. Whether they are visiting as a family or an individual, you could be the key person that makes them want to come back again and again. The role holder will aid visitors with wildlife identification and pass on their knowledge of how the reserve is managed. The role is also about encouraging people to give nature a home where they live and answering any general questions visitors have about Leighton Moss, wildlife and the RSPB.
