What we're looking for

The Wildlife team offers advice on all kinds of enquiries around giving nature a home, so by helping answer enquiries you'll be helping to save nature too! We would greatly appreciate your help answering the variety of letters and emails that our avid readers send to us so that we can respond to as many of these as possible. Also in this role you'll have the chance to support Nature' Home, our member's magazine. The RSPB is the biggest nature conservation charity in the UK and Nature's Home is the 9th biggest magazine by circulation. With a total readership of 1.2 million, it has a huge reach.

The skills you need

You will need to have an interest and enthusiasm for UK wildlife species and some basic knowledge of conservation and the work of the RSPB. Basic computer literacy and good communication and customer service skills will also help.

Your time

1/2 or one day a week
All year round

What's in it for you?

You will get to work with our busy and vibrant Supporter Services team, helping us to look after our members and inspire those who are not yet members to connect with our cause, whilst gaining experience of answering a wide range of enquiries. By doing this you will also delight and inspire our supporters, helping us to save nature.
