What we're looking for

We are looking for someone with administrative experience to help support our Chief Executive, the RSPB's Management Board and their team of PAs. Key tasks: Helping with correspondence; opening letters, recording and actioning accordingly. Assisting our Council Co-ordinator and the Chief Executive's PA with Trustee and Board meetings – this could involve the booking of meeting rooms, collating and filing of papers. Supporting the Management Board PA team by helping to co-ordinate meetings between Board members and RSPB Trustees. Dealing with general enquiries by phone or e-mail – instruction and guidance will be given.

The skills you need

Previous administrative experience – preferably at director/CEO level - but not essential. Someone who has an eye for the detail, but can also see the big picture, and loves problem solving. Computer literate, with experience of Microsoft Office 2016 – including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint – as well as some knowledge of Office365 and Sharepoint will be advantageous.
