What we're looking for

Communications are vital to the work of the RSPB. Our communications help us raise awareness and support for our conservation work allowing us to do more for nature. The RSPB has in-house creative teams – both on and offline – providing support for all areas of the business to both plan and deliver a wide variety of communications. With limited resource to meet the demands of the business, we are currently looking at how we can introduce new tools and processes to make sure we are managing our resource to have greatest impact.

The skills you need

Experience of: - Resource planning and forecasting; or - Managing creative workflow; or - Scoping and sizing projects to plan resource Experience within a creative setting would be advantageous but not essential.
