What we're looking for

The RSPB Community Fundraising operation raised £1.3 million for nature in 2017/18 and this year we have aspirations of raising £1.5 million – would you like to help us achieve this? We are looking for a volunteer with a 'can do' attitude who would be comfortable responding to written enquiries from members of the public. It is this volunteer who will ensure that all RSPB pin badge orders are picked, packed and despatched in a timely manner so that our customers receive a high class service. As a Fulfilment Officer you will work alongside a small team to: - Maintain and grow the eBay pin badge offer - Respond to enquiries from members of the public - Maintain and grow support for the RSPB

The skills you need

- A warm and friendly personality - Happy to work as part of a team or alone, as required - Familiar with eBay - PC-based skills – MS Word and Excel - Comfortable working to regular work deadlines You do not need conservation knowledge for this role

Your time

15 hours a week split regularly across 3 or more days
All year round
