We are looking for a volunteer to support our very successful pin badge sales via eBay. You will have the opportunity to work with the HQ team to agree eBay sales strategy for future income growth.

What we're looking for

The RSPB Community Fundraising operation raised £1.4 million for nature in 2018/19 and this year we have aspirations of raising £1.5 million – would you like to help us achieve this? We are seeking a volunteer who is familiar with online selling and can provide administrative support for the daily despatch of our eBay pin badge orders. Duties will include: downloading daily order files, updating eBay to record despatch of items and leave customer feedback, working with the HQ team to update and create new listings and respond to customer service enquiries from customers from around the world. Your support will be vital to support the steady growth of the eBay pin badge offer as well as maintain and grow financial and moral support for the RSPB

The skills you need

- You will have some knowledge of online sales and be comfortable and be familiar working with eBay selling systems. - A warm and friendly personality with good communication skills to support and work with our HQ and warehouse teams to list pin badge stock, maintain records and respond to customer service issues/enquires with confidence on behalf of the RSPB. - You do not need conservation knowledge

Your time

Up to 15 hours a week split regularly across 2 or 3 fixed days
All year round
