Race for Nature's Recovery

Kickstart - How the RSPB is reaching out to a younger generation.

The RSPB are proud to be working in partnership with Race for Nature’s Recovery, to leverage Government Investment via the Kickstart Scheme. We will be hosting 20 paid placements for those who are at risk of long-term unemployment and on universal credit.

Joining Race for Nature’s Recovery gives us a great opportunity to proactively engage in diversifying our organisation and reach out to a younger generation within our communities, better reflecting the societies we live and work within.
