There are two circular trails of 1.25 miles (2.5 km) and 1.5 miles (3 km).
Access from the car park is along a tarmac road for about 0.5kms however is very steep. Trails are very steep in places, with some rocky areas which can be wet and slippery in places. The trails are only suitable for those used to rough hill walking, and sturdy footwear is a must.

BBQs are a fire risk, endangering other people and the precious wildlife and habitats here. They are not permitted on the reserve at any time.
