Fundraising pin badges featuring birds, mammals and insects

RSPB collectable pin badges

Pin badges are a fun and collectable way to help give nature a home.

Our pin badges

Since our first collectable pin badges were issued over 20 years ago they have proved very popular with collectors of all ages around the world. We produce an attractive range, featuring all types of UK flora and fauna, from birds to fungi. Each pin badge is designed to promote awareness of our work and raise funds to help us give nature a home.

Our most popular designs have been produced in hundreds of thousands over the years, while some are only produced once as a special edition for one of our campaigns or reserves.

We always love to see where and how you support us with your RSPB pin badges so please #sharehowyouwear your #RSPBpins with us.

Where can I find your pin badges?

Our pin badges are available for a donation at many RSPB nature reserves and in more than 7,000 host locations across the UK, which are managed by our local volunteers.

Our pin badge selections across the UK change at least three times every year, with some popular badges remaining in each seasonal selection and others appearing just once a year or less.

We also sell a changing selection of new and rare stock on eBay to support our collectors across the world.

Our eBay sales are at a fixed price and occasionally we will also auction donations of exceptionally rare badges. We list new stock every week, so please set up a seller alert to ensure you don’t miss our latest listings of new and collectable items. You may also note that there are a great many traders offering our badges online at some quite remarkable prices! All profits from our own RSPB sales help us give nature a home and fund our conservation work.

Please note: We will always do our best to help our pin badge collectors, but our RSPB offices are unable to help with individual pin badge purchases. All our available stock will be listed on eBay.

How can I find out about your new and past pin badge range?

We order our new stock three times a year for the spring, summer and winter seasons. This will include current and some new badge designs. Stock of our limited-edition badges are available on release via eBay or for personal visitors to the relevant RSPB sites.

Please see our current collectors' guide for the full pin badge range.

Who can I contact if I have a specific question about your pin badges?

Please email the Community Fundraising team and we will do our best to help you with your enquiry.

Pin badges for weddings and special occasions

Our pin badges make ideal wedding favours for your special day. A range of preselected packs featuring UK garden birds, wildlife favourites and flowers are available on eBay, each provided with complementary place setting cards. Simply search for RSPB wedding favours. We aim to dispatch orders in three working days, using a 48-hour postal service.

Our badges make excellent gifts or favours for all types of special occasions, but we don’t recommend giving them to children under the age of three.
