For those after a short walk, the green trail is best. It’s one mile of natural stone and earth paths with lots of exposed roots. It can take 45-60 minutes to complete.
For a slightly longer walk, look for the blue trail, which will take you through 1.5 miles of mostly level ground with some slopes. Tracks are gravel or grass and it can take 1 up to 1.5 hours to complete.
For a longer walk, take the three-mile red trail. It’s a mixture of natural stone, gravel, and grass paths with a boardwalk.
We welcome visits by schools, for led sessions please call the visitor centre to ask about what is on offer. Prior booking will be needed. Cost for visits vary depending on length of stay.
